The Graduate™, owned and operated by Laura Denson Glauser, is a sister company to Denson Company. We specialize in guiding young professionals, recent graduates, and college students as they embark on their first job search while also helping them answer the undeniably daunting question: “What do I want to do with my life?”
Our approach provides full-circle career guidance across every stage of the job search process, with a strong emphasis on perseverance and developing a personalized strategy so each individual can stand out from the pack.
The mission of The Graduate™ is to equip rising professionals with lifelong skills to strategically navigate their careers without relying on unforgiving online job boards. We teach the “how-to’s” of networking, effective communication, résumé writing, and interviewing, while instilling self-confidence and the belief that success is possible.
Above all, The Graduate™ is about building resilience, clarity, and confidence; empowering young professionals to take ownership of their future.

The Graduate™ was founded on the timeless principles my father taught me when I began my first job search: how to write a letter, be strategic yet concise, network with purpose, follow up consistently, and above all, the power of resilience. You must never give up.
The idea for The Graduate™ grew naturally out of years spent working with the kids of friends, candidates, and clients who had always supported me in my professional journey. Over time, they became like family, and I began to see a clear pattern: even with school career counselors, so many young professionals were still struggling, unsure how to craft a strong résumé, navigate the job search, or present themselves with confidence.
I created The Graduate™ to fill that void. Job hunting can feel frustrating, discouraging, and even demoralizing, unless you know what you’re doing. My passion is teaching young professionals the art of the job search: how to think creatively, outsmart the competition, and position themselves for success.
What I love most is being part of those “aha!” moments, when a young professional realizes their potential and sees a clear path forward. That spark of confidence is what drives The Graduate™ and inspires everything we do.
